- We have implemented pilot duty day limits and rest requirements which are more restrictive than the FAA mandated requirements.
- All JetSafe Pilots are on a DOT approved Drug/Alcohol program for initial hiring and random intervals.
- Prior to departure, all flights are reviewed and released independently by a second professional pilot.
- JetSafe operates the Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet -- The only jet aircraft in the world equipped with an emergency parachute system. - Our aircraft are also equipped with unique autonomous features such as Emergency Descent Mode (EDM) to allow a pilot and passengers to safely descend and recover from a loss of oxygen and cabin pressure.
- Our aircraft utilize advanced avionics such as Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems (TCAS), enhancing in-flight awareness and safety.

JetSafe has implemented a Safety Management System (SMS) comprised of the following 4 components:
1. Safety Policy and Code of Ethics â For top down accountability and expectations of our team.
2. Safety Risk Management â For hazard identification and mitigation.
3. Safety Assurance â For proactive monitoring and measurement of our safety processes.
4. Safety Promotion â Open communication, training, and feedback. - JetSafe pilots complete a Flight Risk Assessment prior to every flight, and will not depart if thresholds are exceeded.
- JetSafe conducts regular company Safety Meetings to keep it at the forefront of our operations and ensure all team members have a Voice to Safety.
- JetSafe utilizes a back to base model versus floating fleet that many others operate. This enhances our Pilotsâ mental well being, quality of life, and reduces sleep disturbances.

Our commitments when providing outside supplemental lift.
At JetSafe, we take the selection of outside air carrier partners seriously. Our stringent vetting process ensures that every operator we work with will align with our safety, compliance, and service standards. We submit requests to achieve multiple quotations from several preferred operators which fit the best geographical position, aircraft type, and pricing structure for our clientâs specific trip. Hereâs how we ensure a safe and seamless experience for our clients:
Rigorous Operator Pre-Screening
We carefully evaluate all charter operators before offering their services to our clients. This includes ensuring third party audit validation, insurance coverage, customer service standards, and aircraft options to ensure they align with our commitment to excellence.
FAA & Regulatory Compliance
Every direct air carrier we work with holds an active FAA 135 operating certificate. We contract with audit partners to check for any recent enforcement actions or incidents.
Aircraft Verification
We confirm that each aircraft used for charter is listed on the operatorâs approved specifications, ensuring legitimacy and regulatory compliance. If an aircraft is not properly listed, it will not be used for client bookings.
Crew QualificationsÂ
The pilots and crew assigned to each flight meet or exceed industry standards for experience, type ratings, and ongoing training. We verify their credentials and experience through an independent verification company such as ARGUS or WYVERN.
Aircraft and Crew PairingÂ
For single piloted aircraft trips, JetSafe will only utilize an aircraft equipped with an Emergency Airframe Parachute System. Â All other aircraft will include dual pilots.
Insurance Standards
We check that all aircraft maintain adequate liability insurance in line with industry standards. Additionally, we confirm that both our clients and our company can be added as additional insured parties when necessary.
Transparent Agreements & Compliance
All transactions and agreements are clearly documented, and structured to comply with certain tax regulations, including Federal Excise Tax (FET) responsibilities. Clients will see the specific terms and conditions of the supplemental operator being used.
Advanced Flight SupportÂ
After the booking and prior to the flight day, our team will coordinate with the supplemental operator to ensure proper trip itineraries, optimal FBO selection, catering orders, ground transportation, or other needs are met as applicable. We proactively monitor for unanticipated events, unfavorable weather, and odd aircraft positioning.
Day-of-Flight SupportÂ
We maintain direct contact with our clients, lead passengers, and operators (if outsourced) on the day of travel, ensuring smooth communication and immediate response to any unforeseen issues. Our team will also confirm that any ground transportation and catering requests are in place as expected.
